Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) commission most of the hospital areas for which they are responsible.The CCG has now secured the funding for the business case consultants and have submitted a paper to the Executive Board for sign off which should go through on 28^th July. It’s anticipated that there won’t be any problems, and they aim to have an outline business case by October
