Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the planning department is now holding remote (virtual) planning committee meetings, the first of which was on 23 April 2020.
This is now limited to five councillors and objectors are only able to submit a 450 word statement to be read out by the committee clerk at the meeting.
At this meeting, the first item was to change the chair of the planning committee from Toni Letts to Chris Clark, who is the Labour councillor for Fairfield Ward.
